Registered Nurse (Cardiac Care) Provide specialized nursing care in a heart clinic, including cardiac patient assessments, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring of heart conditions. Assist with and support diagnostic and related procedures, ensuring safe, compassionate care throughout each encounter. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes to support long-term cardiovascular health. Collaborate closely with cardiologists and the multidisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care and respond to clinical needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR, ensuring records reflect patient status, interventions, and outcomes. Key Skills & Qualifications
- Current registered nursing licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
- Experience with medication administration and patient monitoring
- Ability to educate patients and families clearly and empathetically
- Team-based collaboration with providers and care staff
- Proficient EHR documentation and attention to accuracy
