H in Paris is seeking an Executive Business Partner to work alongside our CEO as a strategic partner. You will curate his calendar, prep for conversations, and keep the company aligned with priorities. You’ll be a senior member of the CEO Office with authority to decide which meetings, events and requests go on his agenda.
You will triage, brief before key meetings, manage inbox and travel, and represent him with discretion. Fluency in English and French and startup experience are essential.
