Your first months at H-Tech Supports
Based on-site in Paris, you will step into a freelance contract providing 40 hours per week of dedicated helpdesk support, focusing specifically on macOS environments for our clients.
What you will do
- Resolve day-to-day hardware and software issues for users operating on macOS.
- Deliver deskside technical assistance directly to on-site staff.
- Maintain operational continuity and support digital transformation initiatives on the ground.
What the role requires
- Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting macOS systems in a professional environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Paris on a self-employed freelance basis.
- Availability for a 40-hour work week.
