WORKS MANAGER M/F

At the heart of industrial projects that will shape tomorrow's energy performance, this position of Works Manager M/F is aimed at a professional capable of combining operational management, strong field presence and a results-driven mindset. In an environment where each phase of the site must be rigorously controlled, you act as a true anchor point between internal teams, technical partners, subcontractors and the client.

Your role is to set the pace, secure commitments and transform project guidelines into concrete, reliable and sustainable achievements. You contribute directly to the success of ambitious technical operations, ensuring quality of execution, compliance with deadlines, cost control and safety for all stakeholders involved. This position requires an active presence in the field, a clear view of priorities and the ability to make well-considered trade-offs.

It is part of a co-construction logic, where collective intelligence, attentive listening to needs and boldness in the search for solutions make it possible to achieve precisely defined objectives.

Your main tasks will be as follows:

  • Manage all work within the assigned scope, from preparation through to handover of the structures.
  • Coordinate the various stakeholders and ensure smooth communication between the project's participants.
  • Plan operations, monitor progress and anticipate potential discrepancies in order to propose appropriate corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Control the proper execution of works on site and guarantee compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Take part in follow-up meetings, report on progress and flag sensitive issues or identified risks.
  • Contribute to technical acceptance, resolution of punch list items and administrative closure of operations.

To succeed in this role, you must combine professional maturity, strong organizational skills and ease in interpersonal relations. The position is intended for a profile with proven experience in work sites, operations or technical projects related to the energy sector. You are recognized for your ability to structure an intervention, stay on course in sometimes demanding contexts and move issues forward methodically.

Beyond technical expertise, your added value lies in your ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, quickly grasp the challenges of a worksite and make reliable decisions while respecting operational constraints. A solid understanding of safety rules, applicable standards and on-site requirements is essential. We are looking for a committed, pragmatic and attentive personality, capable of working autonomously while drawing on the strength of the collective to build robust solutions tailored to the client's priorities.

Desired profile:

  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in works management, site supervision or the execution of technical operations.
  • Higher education in civil engineering, energy, industrial maintenance, public works or an equivalent field.
  • Good knowledge of industrial, energy or highly constrained technical environments.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage schedules, costs and priorities.
  • Proficiency in QHSE requirements and safety rules applicable on site.
  • Rigor, autonomy, strong reporting skills and the ability to handle unforeseen events methodically.
  • Good interpersonal skills, a partner-oriented attitude and a strong appetite for fieldwork.

The salary offered for this position is between 45,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
