Nuclear Study Engineer M/F
At the heart of nuclear projects that are shaping the future of energy, this Nuclear Study Engineer M/F position offers the opportunity to contribute to missions with high technical demands, where rigor, method, and team spirit make all the difference. You will work on engineering studies that directly contribute to the safety, performance, and reliability of facilities, in an environment where every detail matters and where the quality of analyses determines the success of projects.
This role is aimed at an experienced profile, capable of combining technical expertise, autonomy, and the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders. You will work within multidisciplinary teams, with the opportunity to bring your perspective, structure solutions, and contribute to technical choices that are consistent with industrial challenges. The objective is clear: transform complex needs into solid, pragmatic responses adapted to the constraints of the energy sector.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Carry out nuclear studies in line with project needs, technical standards, and safety requirements.
- Analyze input data, identify technical constraints, and propose well-argued solutions.
- Contribute to the production of reliable, consistent engineering deliverables that meet client expectations.
- Participate in technical reviews, discussions with project teams, and coordination with the various disciplines involved.
- Ensure follow-up of actions, traceability of assumptions, and updating of study documents.
- Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and quality requirements applicable to the nuclear scope.
- Provide your expertise in deviation analysis, resolution of technical issues, and securing study decisions.
- Be a driving force for improving methods, streamlining communication, and strengthening the robustness of results.
To succeed in this role, you will be able to rely on solid experience in studies within the nuclear environment or in an industrial sector with strong technical constraints. This position requires a profile capable of going in depth into subjects, structuring their thinking, and working with precision in a context where reliability is essential.
We are above all looking for someone who can combine autonomy, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of teamwork, in order to build relevant solutions with the existing teams. Your ability to understand technical challenges, formalize your analyses, and communicate your conclusions clearly will be decisive.
You will work in a context where expectations are high, but where the trust placed in experts allows ideas and initiatives to have real impact. The expected experience is between 5 and 10 years, with proven ability to handle complex study topics and contribute effectively to major projects.
The desired profile includes in particular:
- Higher education in engineering, ideally at Master's level (Bac+5), with a focus on mechanics, nuclear, energy, industrial engineering or equivalent.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in technical studies, ideally in the nuclear sector, energy, or a regulated industrial environment.
- Good command of methods for technical analysis, design, or justification.
- Ability to produce clear, well-argued deliverables that can be used by project teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of requirements related to safety, quality, and nuclear standards and references.
- Rigor, attention to detail, and ability to work methodically on complex cases.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and defend your analyses in a clear and educational way.
- Proficiency with office tools and, depending on the scope, with study or calculation tools related to the role.
The salary offered for this position is between 45,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
