IT / Solution Architect M/F
In the energy sector, this IT / Solution Architect M/F position is aimed at a profile capable of linking business, technical and operational challenges within complex, demanding and constantly evolving environments. You will act as a central support point for designing robust, coherent and scalable architectures, while ensuring proper alignment between user needs, security constraints, performance objectives and the information system transformation roadmap. Your role will be to analyze needs, structure solutions, challenge technical choices and support project teams in implementing reliable and sustainable foundations. With a focus on consulting and co-construction, you will help secure architectural orientations and bring out pragmatic solutions suited to the client's priorities and on-the-ground realities.
- Define and evolve the application, functional and technical architecture of IT solutions
- Analyze business needs and translate expectations into clear and actionable architecture scenarios
- Contribute to the design of target solutions consistent with standards, security and integration constraints
- Participate in impact studies, technical arbitrations and validation of urbanization choices
- Collaborate with project, development, infrastructure, cybersecurity and business teams
- Draft and maintain architecture deliverables: design documents, diagrams, guiding principles, repositories
- Support the framing, implementation, testing and deployment phases
- Ensure the consistency of solutions with a focus on performance, maintainability and user value
To succeed in this assignment, a seasoned profile is expected, with a strong overall vision of the information system and proven ability to work on high-stakes architecture topics. Your experience enables you to approach complex environments with method, perspective and sound judgment, taking into account interactions between business, applications, flows, infrastructures and compliance requirements.
You know how to listen, formalize, structure and persuade, while maintaining a solution-oriented consulting posture. A good understanding of industrial or energy contexts is a major asset for effective dialogue with stakeholders and for proposing realistic, secure architectures aligned with the client's objectives. Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone capable of creating consistency, rallying others around their proposals and carrying a useful and sustainable architectural vision.
- More than 10 years of experience in IT architecture, solution architecture or enterprise architecture
- Strong command of application, functional and technical architecture principles
- Proven experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Ability to formalize architecture files, diagrams and structured recommendations
- Good understanding of integration, interfacing, security and urbanization challenges
- Ability to challenge needs and propose robust and appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication, synthesis and coordination skills
- Experience in the energy sector or in a demanding industrial environment is an asset
- Higher education in computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent
The salary offered for this position is between 60,000 and 70,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
