About your team and your mission

Our typical customers are companies with hundreds to thousands of developers leveraging Saa S applications, cloud infrastructures, or internal microservices, and are mature on Dev Ops and cloud adoption.

Our products are used by different teams: Software Development and Ops, Application Security, and Threat Response.

Buying decisions come from CISOs, CTOs, and Directors of Security.

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and develop the French territory.

This role is designed for disciplined enterprise sellers who execute consistently, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the maturity of Git Guardian’s growing European sales organization.

You will join an EMEA Sales team composed of Account Executives covering the region, Sales Engineers, and Account Managers.

The team is international, highly technical, and operates primarily in English.

You will report to the Sales Manager for Northern Europe.

Your Mission

  • Identify, engage, and build rapport with enterprise prospects through outbound hunting.
  • Running the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal close, with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Understanding and demonstrating our products to prospects and key stakeholders.
  • Engaging high-level security professionals such as CISOs, CTOs, App Sec leads, VPs of Engineering with tailored, credible messaging.
  • Building a structured pipeline using modern sales tools and a rigorous qualification methodology (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC).
  • Forecasting responsibly and maintaining strong pipeline discipline at every stage of the cycle.
  • Partnering closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and leadership to drive expansion within enterprise accounts over time.

Who You Are

  • Professional speaking level of French & English
  • Demonstrated success as an Enterprise Account Executive in a Dev Ops and/or App Sec environment.
  • At least 5 years of enterprise software or security sales experience, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including procurement, legal, and security review.
  • Experience selling into Security, Engineering, or IT leadership (Application Security, Dev Sec Ops, Cloud Security, Identity/IAM/NHI, or developer tooling is a strong plus)
  • Demonstrated quota achievement track record and the ability to build your pipeline from scratch in a new or emerging territory.
  • Mastery of enterprise sales fundamentals: discovery, multi-threading, mutual action plans, and commercial negotiation.
  • Strong communication skills: You're clear and credible with executive audiences
  • A willingness to travel (up to 25%).
  • Proficiency with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales frameworks
  • The following skills would strengthen your application but aren’t required:
  • Experience in cross-border or multi-region sales (international territory management).
  • A pre-existing network in App Sec, Dev Sec Ops, platform engineering, or security teams within France.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape: you understand the App Sec buyer community and why secrets sprawl and NHI governance matter.
  • The interview process
  • 1. Video call with a Talent Acquisition team member

To discover your professional projects and evaluate if there could be a mutual match.

2. Manager interview: Meet your future manager and/or the Sales Director EMEA

To know more about yourself and your achievements, and present to you the team.

3. Business case: Platform Demo & Sales Pitch

To put yourself in the shoes of a sales rep: Access to our demo environment to walkthrough with our leadership team.

Additionally, showcasing your prepared sales pitch of choice.

Objective: to evaluate your skills for the position and project yourself into the role.

4. Final interview with the CEO

A 1:1 with Eric Fourrier, our CEO & Co-Founder; who will detail our company’s vision and ambitions for the next couple of years.
