Job Description
Riviera Bar Crawl & Tours, the leading provider of discovery and entertainment experiences on the French Riviera, is looking for a dynamic and organised Administrative Support to provide crucial support to our team. This role is essential to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
Missions
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Handling reservations: entering, confirming and monitoring customer reservations
- Updating and managing customer and supplier databases
- Support for operational teams: helping to plan and coordinate events
- Preparation and follow-up of administrative documents (contracts, invoices, reports)
Coordination with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Assistance in preparing and monitoring budgets and expenditure
Skills
- Previous experience in administrative assistance
Excellent organisational skills - Fluency in French and English
- Good command of office automation tools (MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Positive and professional attitude
