Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a Senior Site Manager on a freelance basis for a new build school project worth circa £80m. The scheme spans two years, starting ASAP, with on-site responsibilities including piling, steel framing, brick façade, roofing, and fit-out phases.
You will report to the on-site Senior Project Manager and work alongside another permanent Senior Site Manager. The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work, plus strong engagement with supply chain and design teams.
