Fanatics is seeking a Head of Operations – EU Fulfilment to lead end-to-end customer fulfilment across the EU. Based in France, you will build capacity, partner with 3PLs, and drive delivery speed, cost efficiency, and quality across all verticals.
You will lead cross-functional teams, set operational strategy, and use data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to optimise performance and fan experience across the region.
