Responsibilities
- Support new clients in getting started with the firm\'s digital tools: client portal, invoicing software, document upload, etc.
- Guide them through implementing their electronic invoicing process: connecting to the e-invoicing platform, submitting invoices, and managing the approval workflow
- Create clear, tailored educational materials (how-to sheets, tutorials, step-by-step guides) and deliver short training sessions, internal and/or external
- Act as the link between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication from the outset of the relationship
- Identify malfunctions, propose improvements, and contribute to optimizing our client onboarding process
- Detect additional client needs and escalate them to the assigned chartered accountant
- In parallel, you will be assigned a tailored client portfolio to maintain hands-on operational involvement in the role

- You are very comfortable with digital tools and able to upskill independently
- You have knowledge of (or an active curiosity about) the electronic invoicing reform
- You are able to create clear instructional materials and deliver training
- You can manage multiple client files in parallel
