EVERSANA is seeking a People Partner – Europe to support HR across Europe from France, coordinating with global HR, Finance, Payroll and Legal. You will drive compliant HR policies, foster well-being and engagement, and act as a trusted partner to the business across the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of international HR experience including 3–5 years as HR Generalist in France, with strong English and French fluency and a data-driven, solution-oriented mindset.
