Be part of a movement to change the way Europe pays

In today’s digital Europe, payments still feel too complicated. Random delays, confusing rules, extra apps and accounts make it harder than it should be to pay and get paid.

The European Payments Initiative is changing that with Wero, a proudly European digital wallet to make payments easier, clearer and more secure. Online, in store, at home and across borders, with your money and data protected under European laws and regulations.

Wero is live in Belgium, France and Germany and launching very soon in Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Backed by 16 major banks and the two largest European acquirers, we’re building a brand new, proudly European payment system.

What's in it for you

Ready to turn governance coordination into real-world impact? As part of EPI’s General Secretariat, you will support the smooth running of Board, Committee and shareholder activities. About the team

You will join the General Secretariat and report to the General Secretary. The team works at the heart of EPI’s governance agenda, partnering closely with the Board of Directors, Board Committees, shareholders, the Management Team and cross-functional leaders across Europe to ensure governance activities are well prepared, documented and followed through.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field

  • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
