EngageStream combines leading technology, audiovisual expertise and event management services to help clients deliver impactful communications to investors, employees, customers and other key stakeholders.From earnings presentations and Capital Markets Days to internal communications, ESG updates and large-scale corporate events, EngageStream provides end-to-end support covering event consulting, production, streaming technology and audience engagementAs a successful **Event Management Team Lead**, you will manage a portfolio of strategic clients and be responsible for the technical preparation, operation and successful delivery of webcast and event projects, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and a key partner to technical teams. You will play an active role in the configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of live events, ensuring seamless delivery and the highest quality service for clients. You will also contribute to the evolution of webcast production best practices and support business growth through strong client relationships. In addition, you will manage an international team of 3 to 4 Event Managers across multiple countries, driving operational excellence and team development.Based in Paris (Bourse) and La Défense, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across Europe to support business growth, customer satisfaction and the continuous evolution of our webcast and virtual events offering.**Key Accountabilities:****1.Webcast Production and Technical Delivery (40%)*** Be the “go to person” on all Event Management topics within France, for both internal & external stakeholders* Prepare and operate all technical aspects of scheduled webcast events, ensuring reliable streaming, platform configuration and content delivery* Manage streaming protocols, network connectivity requirements and platform integrations as required by each event* Rapidly identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live events to maintain a high-quality experience for clients and participants* Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients and internal sales teams, helping translate communication objectives into impactful digital event experiences and production requirements, while supporting the technical preparation and delivery of webcast events* Work closely with our partners to ensure the successful delivery of webcast depending on the format (onsite, remote, studio)**2.Client Management and Event Consulting (30%)*** Manage a portfolio of key clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the event lifecycle* Advise clients on event formats, webcast best practices and technical solutions, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective operational and technical setups* Be the “go to person” on all Event Management topics within France, for both internal & external stakeholders* Manage and coordinate internal and external suppliers, including improvements and budget**3.Team Leadership and Operational Excellence (30%)*** Lead and develop an international Event Management team, overseeing event scheduling, planning, weekly rota management, feedback session, objective setting, performance reviews and team development* Drive process improvements and operational excellence across the team* Coordinate and communicate on local activities across Euronext Corporate Solutions and with key stakeholders accross Euronext Group* Identify new market developments and lead internal change within the team* Work on specific projects at group and local level**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:****1.Technical and Webcast Expertise*** At least 4 years of experience in an event management, webcast or digital events-related role* Strong experience dealing with corporate clients and stakeholders* Good understanding of streaming workflows, webcast platforms, network connectivity and live event production environments* Ability to translate client requirements into effective technical and operational webcast solutions* Experience working with technical teams, production environments or audiovisual solutions* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure during live events**2.Client and Stakeholder Management*** Strong experience dealing with corporate clients and stakeholders* Client-oriented and able to deliver high standards of service* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills* Customer-focused, proactive and solution-oriented mindset* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail* Adaptable and able to maintain a clear overview of multiple projects and stakeholders**3.Leadership and Team Development*** Experience managing and developing teams within a fast-paced, client-facing environment* Ability to act as a senior point of escalation for operational and technical matters across the team* Experience coaching and supporting team members in the delivery of complex webcast and live event projects* Strong ability to prioritize workloads, coordinate resources and ensure consistent service quality across multiple projects and team members* Excellent command of both English and French Join a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation - and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, \"What's next?\".
