Episode Paris – Parttime/Fulltime (35 hours)

What will you do?
As a Store Manager at Episode, you will play a key role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions. You will be the face of our store and help create the unique atmosphere of a vintage clothing treasure trove.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading and managing the store;
- Supporting the Regional Manager;
- Manage a store and store team;
- Train the store staff in sales, running a store, processing delivered goods and Visual Merchandising and among other things;
- Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets;
- Planning; Daily tasks as well as weekly schedules;
MUST HAVES
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a retail environment (hard demand);
- Speak fluently English (hard demand);
- Stress-resistant;
- Live in Paris
