Climate17 is partnering with an established US investment platform to recruit an Associate into its growing Renewable Energy Asset Management team in Atlanta.
The business manages a substantial portfolio of renewable energy investments, working across utility-scale solar, battery storage, distributed and emerging clean energy technologies.
This is an opportunity for an early-career professional to gain exposure to renewable energy project finance, tax equity, portfolio performance and investment management.
The Role
- Monitor financial and operational performance across renewable energy investments.
- Support investor reporting, financial analysis and portfolio valuations.
- Assist with transaction closings, funding requirements and investment documentation.
- Review financial statements, project reporting and cash flow distributions.
- Work alongside developers, project sponsors and investment professionals.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy, asset management, finance, accounting or investment analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong Excel and financial analytical skills.
- Understanding of renewable energy investments and US tax credits.
- Familiarity with project finance, tax equity or renewable energy contracts would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, attention to detail and organizational skills. xsgimln
