What Do We Do?
The shift to electric mobility is happening. Electra is accelerating it.
Transportation is one of Europe's biggest sources of carbon emissions.
Since 2021, Electra exists to make charging so simple that electric vehicles become the obvious choice for everyone.
In 5 years, we've built a team of 300+ talents from 21 nationalities in 10 countries.
We’ve grown into one of Europe's leading fast-charging operators by deploying fast, reliable infrastructure and user experiences across our own network, and we’re now expanding to thousands more charging points in Europe with our own e MSP.
Backed by over €1 billion in funding, we’re looking for bold, passionate, collaborative talents to drive Europe’s energy transition.
If that sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Missions
As Brand & Content Lead, you will drive Electra's brand strategy to grow brand awareness and brand preference across all our markets.
This strategy translates into brand campaigns that can be adapted locally (advertising, influence, partnerships...), run with a creative agency and a media agency, in close coordination with each country's marketing/communications managers.
You will also own brand content and marketing content: you will build an internal hub dedicated to their production, working with specialized social agencies for certain formats.
You will work at the intersection of several teams: the growth teams, who run performance campaigns; the country teams, who lead local activations (external corporate, commercial, internal communications); and the HQ communication manager, in charge of PR, events, social media, and the website.
You will also be responsible for tracking the performance of your campaigns and content.

Your Profile
- Strong brand vision: able to orchestrate coherent message platforms across several markets
- Excellent command of briefing, comfortable framing a creative, media, or content topic and handing it off to a wide range of stakeholders

- Ability to work with many internal and external stakeholders on very different topics (strategy, creative, performance, local)
- At least 10 years of experience in brand marketing / brand strategy, with proven management experience
- Fluent English (multi-country context); knowledge of the electric mobility sector is a plus, not a requirement
- What Electra Offers You
