Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) Structural Analysis in Civil Engineering

Your Role at Dlubal Software

As a technical support engineer, you’ll serve as the vital link between our users and our structural analysis programs. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our RFEM and RSTAB software, support our customers with their projects, and ensure high-quality technical support. Your main responsibilities will include assisting and training our customers in the design of simple or complex structural systems according to the Eurocodes and other standards, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our software.

Profile Sought

• You have recently graduated from a program in civil engineering, construction, or structure.
• You master the basics of the Eurocodes (steel, concrete, timber).
• You have a good technical understanding and enjoy solving problems.
• You have a good level of English (oral and written).
• You are motivated, curious, and enjoy working in a team.

• Test our solutions, write reports, and participate in their continuous improvement.
