Role Description
The SAP Financial Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Saint Quentin en Yveline, with 3 days on site and 2 days on remote. In this role, the consultant analyzes client financial processes, designs SAP FICO solutions, and configures SAP S/4HANA modules to align with business and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, performing gap analyses, preparing functional specifications, and supporting testing and validation activities. The consultant collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides expert guidance to clients on best practices in finance and accounting within SAP, and contributes to user training and post-go-live support. The role also involves continuously monitoring system performance, proposing improvements, and staying current with SAP updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to translate financial requirements into system solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP FICO and related SAP S/4HANA financial modules, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Analytical skills and business process knowledge to assess current workflows, identify gaps, and design improved processes.
- Experience working on SAP implementation, migration, or optimization projects in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, in writing and verbally.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, managing priorities across client site, office, and remote work.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in SAP or finance (e.g., SAP certification, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and French MANDATORY
