You will prospect, approach, and engage engineers who aren’t actively looking, then shepherd them through a fast, rigorous process to a timely written offer.
You will collaborate with HR and MD, manage calendar logistics, run referrals, and report weekly on funnel metrics. Paris hybrid setup supports hands-on sourcing and rapid decision-making.
