By joining our Ville-la-Grand site, you will become part of a dynamic team dedicated to developing innovative and high-performance solutions for demanding energy, transportation, and industrial markets.
We are looking for an Import / Export Technician to join our plant in Annemasse.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Open a logistics file for all import, export, or international trade operations.
- Request tariff studies from carriers or freight forwarders.
- Apply rules for customs duty exemptions or reductions.
- Prepare necessary documents and authorizations (hazardous materials declaration, free circulation certificate, etc.).
- Handle transport and logistics disputes.
- Enter operations into the integrated management software.
- Monitor deadlines for main activities.
- Follow up with various departments (teams or department heads) to meet timeline objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree (BAC+2) in import/export or related field.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations (Incoterms, etc.).
- Knowledge of goods transportation regulations.
- Proficiency in French and English (C1 level).
