The role
You will help French-speaking customers by phone, email and/or chat. You will resolve their questions quickly and make sure every customer has a positive experience.
What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries professionally across phone, email and chat
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Record every interaction accurately in internal systems
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
- Represent the brand positively and keep customers satisfied
What we're looking for
- Fluent French (C1 or higher)
- Good English (B2 or higher)
- EU citizenship or valid EU work authorisation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently from home
- Basic computer skills
