About the Role

What Youll Do:
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
Location Options:
- On-site: Modern offices in the heart of Athens
- Remote:
- If you relocate: work-from-home (WAH) within Athens
- If you already live in Greece: WAH from anywhere in Greece

Requirements:
- Fluency in French (spoken & written)
- Good level of English
- EU citizenship is mandatory
