- Greet and provide personalized support to the branch's clients
- Advise on all banking and insurance needs
- Develop and manage a portfolio of individual clients
- Prepare and manage financing applications and files
Requirements

- Strong commitment to delivering impeccable service quality
- Higher education (minimum two years post-secondary education / equivalent to Bac+2)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Rigorous and organized
- Strong adaptability
- Successful experience in banking or sales is a plus
- Good knowledge of banking and insurance products and services is a plus
