  • Analyses of sex chromosomes using large NGS datasets of fungal genomes Illumina, PacBio and MinION (SNPs, structural variants, transposable elements, …)
  • Analyses of evolutionary genomics (phylogenomics, orthology, selection, synteny)
  • Contribution to data production (strain collection and culture, DNA extraction, MinION sequencing, analysis of strain viability and fertility)
  • Scientific publication writing.
  • Implementation of new approaches in evolutionary genomics.
  • Implementation of reliability of results
  • Critical analysis of the results
  • Contribution to lab member formation
