Southern Europe Sales Consultant

A China-based garment trading group founded in Hangzhou in 2002 with 150+ employees. Having core products including men's woven outerwear — suits, blazers, pants, coats, jackets, this company is sourcing from China 30%, Cambodia 30%, Bangladesh 10%, other Asia 30%.

The Role

This is an Independent contractor position, fully remote and commission-heavy. You need to open doors at mid-market in French, Spanish, and Italian menswear and womenswear brands where it is not yet inside at HQ level. You are expected to bring the relationships and the company brings the supply chain and a 22-year client track record to back you up when you walk in.

Requirements for this role :

Existing decision-maker relationships at HQ level at mainstream and mid-priced menswear brands;

Familiar with Asian garment supply chain and has once visited factories in Asia — multiple visits across seasons and product categories (woven outerwear, suiting, blazers, pants, coats at minimum).

Deeper supply-chain knowledge than your clients — you can name 3-5 fabric mills for a BESTSELLER-tier woven program, recommend a trims supplier with cost / lead-time reasoning.

Compensation

• Base retainer: €6,000–11,000/month depending on seniority
• Travel, fair participation, and sample shipping covered

Qualifications

• 15+ years' sales consulting or business intelligence experience in garment industry
• Strong supply chain knowledge for upstream and downstream
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
