Centreon provides an observability platform comprising Centreon Infra Monitoring, Centreon Log Management, and Centreon Experience Monitoring.
The platform helps customers monitor their infrastructure, logs, and end-user experience, from the data center to the user.
Задачи
- Develop business with public-sector prospects and retain the existing client portfolio
- Analyze clients’ technical and business needs and recommend the most suitable combination of products
- Promote the Centreon observability platform and its use cases, from infrastructure to user experience
- Support the development of the partner network
- Contribute to responses to tenders
- Prepare reports for each client account
- Manage sales activity using the CRM, including pipelines, opportunities, and client accounts
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Attend specialist events in the company’s ecosystem
- Collaborate with the CSM, AVV, and Marketing teams
Требования
- A master’s degree, ideally from a business school
- At least 3 years of successful experience selling high-value solutions at an IT software vendor to public-sector clients, such as ministries, public administrations, and hospitals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage complex sales and close deals
- Active listening skills and ability to analyze client needs
- Strong organization and method, with flexibility
- Persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of English
