Les Hôpitaux Privés Rennais Saint-Grégoire recherchent un Responsable service patientèle F/H, en CDI, à temps complet.

Description du poste

Sous l’autorité de l’Attaché de direction de l’établissement, vous encadrerez et coordonnerez l’ensemble des équipes dédiées à l’accueil, à la relation patientèle et à la gestion administrative des flux.

Vous encadrerez une quarantaine de salariés, repartis dans les services en charge de :

• De l’accueil et du standard téléphonique ;
• De la gestion administrative des patients (admissions, sorties, préadmissions, urgences, maternité, ambulatoire, addictologie, pédopsychiatrie, soins externes, armor vision) ;
• Du back office et de la gestion des lits.

Il/elle est accompagné d’une référente relation patientèle, qui veille également au bon fonctionnement de l’équipe et à la qualité des pratiques. Elle soutient les professionnels au quotidien, gère les situations sensibles et assure la suppléance du Responsable en son absence.

L’objectif est de garantir une qualité d’accueil optimale, une fluidité du parcours administratif et une coordination efficace entre les services.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

1. Management d’équipes

• Animation des équipes : réunions, diffusion des informations, accompagnement opérationnel.
• Gestion des plannings et remplacements.
• Organisation du travail en fonction des variations d’activité
• Recrutement, formation et évaluation des salariés.

2. Qualité d’accueil et amélioration continue

• Développement et suivi des bonnes pratiques.
• Optimisation des flux de patients.
• Formation et accompagnement des équipes.

3. Développement des ventes hôtelières

• Suivi et optimisation des ventes (chambres particulières, suppléments hôteliers…).

4. Digitalisation du parcours patient

• Participation au développement et à l’amélioration de l’application de préadmission en ligne.
• Contribution à l’évolution des outils numériques liés au parcours patient.
• Interface avec les cadres soignants et administratifs.
• Coordination avec les autres services pour fluidifier les échanges.
