- Supply the line with raw materials in accordance with production orders.
- Carry out format changes (products, films, packaging, etc.).
- Organise, coordinate and supervise the work of the line operators.
- Set the pace of work and ensure that production instructions are followed correctly.
- Carry out quality checks and isolate non-conformities (products, weights, packaging) – package the products.
- Ensure compliance with traceability requirements and FIFO rules.
- Carry out first-level maintenance.
- Raise the alarm in the event of deviations and/or malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
