Kappa - Account Assistant in Saint-Herblain

You will join the Accounting Department ofKappa France, under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, working as partof a team with three talented colleagues. Your main responsibilities willinclude managing accounting activities as well as carrying out otheraccounting-related tasks.

• You have a vocational high school diploma(Bac Pro) in Accounting




• You have a basic knowledge of accounting




• You are proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365(D365) and know how to use it.




• You have good client relationship skills




• You are detail-oriented and well organized




• You have good command of Excel

• Knowledge of accounting




• Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)




• Advanced proficiency in Excel




• Strong investigative/analytical skills

Some details about the position:

• 6-month fixed-term contract, employeelevel




• Desired start date no later than the end of March




• Working hours: 36.5 hours per week




• 10 RTT days

Customer accounting

• Customer reconciliation




• Customer matching (clearing)




• Data entry and reconciliation

Invoicing

• Recording and verification of customer details




• Handling customer claims/complaints




• Follow-up on overdue invoices

• Occasional support with other accounting tasks
