Founded in 2016, Astraveus is a French start-up developing the next generation of cell therapy manufacturing platforms. Our machine, Lakhesys™, is built on proprietary microfluidic bioprocessors. It automates and intensifies manufacturing to reduce cost, footprint and complexity, expanding patient access to these therapies.
Reporting to the CEO, you will build and lead Astraveus’ communication with one clear goal: increase our visibility with investors and potential customers to support fundraising and market launch in the coming months.
This is a 50% strategic, 50% hands-on role. You define the roadmap and you deliver it yourself.4
Your responsabilities
- Strategy and positioning. Define the communication strategy and roadmap with management to address fundraising and go-to-market needs. Own key messages, brand identity and brand guidelines.
- Content creation. Write and produce content yourself: LinkedIn, website, press releases, white papers, product sheets, application notes, visuals, investor materials and presentations.
- Events and visibility. Organize conferences and trade shows (booth, posters, materials), webinars and customer/KOL testimonials, and track the ROI of each initiative.
- Project management. Coordinate internal contributors and external providers. Track KPIs, execution and deadlines.
- Fluent English speaker. You write technical content to international standards.
- At least 8 years of experience in communication and marketing, including full ownership of both strategy and execution.
- Start-up or scale-up experience, with a proven role in a fundraising round and/or the launch of an innovative product.
- Outstanding writing and storytelling. You make complex technical topics clear and compelling.
- Hands-on profile. You produce content yourself and are proficient with digital, graphic design and AI tools.
- Rigorous project management. You plan, anticipate, adjust and deliver on time with multiple contributors.
- Strong interest in science and technology. You can quickly get up to speed and develop a solid understanding of our technical environment.
- On site 4 days a week. The role requires close immersion with the teams.
