Missions
General Services
- Manage daily activities on sites and coordination of projects related to sites (premises maintenance, specific procedures application, etc.);
- Welcome desk management and various administrative tasks (phone standard, meetings, reception and sending of mails, etc.);
- Professional trips management.
- Management of suppliers (purchase orders, invoices, accounting input for customers, suppliers, bank, etc.);
Events
- Internal events organization.
Required experience and skills
- Proactive and organized;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- At least 2 years of working experience.
