Anotech, a subsidiary of ALTEN, seeks a Training & Competency Coordinator to design and run the Operations & Maintenance Training and Competency Assurance program for a major European energy infrastructure project in Paris.
You will develop training matrices, coordinate OEM/vendor training, manage records and dashboards, and certify personnel readiness before handover. Fluent English and French are mandatory. This role offers a challenging, multicultural environment in the energy sector.
