Alma is seeking a Retail Success Manager (POS) to drive in-store adoption of Alma's payment solutions across large retail networks. You will ensure head-office decisions are translated into effective in-store actions and training for store teams.
You will manage a revenue quota, collaborate with Account Managers and merchants, and build trusted relationships with regional directors, store managers and cashiers. Fluency in French and English is preferred.
