Your responsibilities will include

  • Lead merchant experimentation from opportunity to readout
  • Qualify testing opportunities against technical and volume eligibility criteria, then design each test with the merchant: scenario, traffic split, pages, events, KPIs, duration, and stopping rule.

  • Own web tracking and measurement quality
  • Define and maintain the tracking plan for Alma's website across 8 markets, implementing it through GTM, GA4, or equivalent tools.
  • Ensure reliable data flows into Salesforce, Big Query, and Looker, while owning consent and GDPR compliance, deduplication, attribution, and reconciliation across sources.
  • Build and evolve landing pages, product pages, market pages, and local content following the website redesign.
  • Run a CRO programme on Alma's own funnels, starting with the demo request, while maintaining performance, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, and hreflang across markets.
  • Scale the experimentation practice
  • Turn the existing framework, documentation, and tooling into a repeatable practice, with a target of 8 merchant tests going live over the year.
  • Share standards, learnings, and results with Growth, Revenue Operations, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Product stakeholders.
  • You will work with
  • To succeed in this job

  • You understand the fundamentals of test validity, including sample size, stopping rules, and what makes an experiment result trustworthy.

You are also comfortable working with clients and technical stakeholders in French and English.

  • And it will be nice if you also

  • Working across dozens of merchant websites, 8 markets, and several CMS platforms, while being supported by a central Data team and Business Analysts for deeper analysis.
  • Competitive salary based on 12 months
  • Profit-sharing and employee savings plan
  • Health insurance: 100% covered by Alma, including family package
