Alan is building the AI-native company, founded on radical transparency and async culture. As a Software Engineer on this team, you will help design and ship AI-powered tools used daily by all Alaners, laying the foundation for scalable AI-native workflows across countries.
You will work with Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL and deep integration with LLM APIs to build agents, automate onboarding and knowledge retrieval, and push AI into production while upholding Alan's distinctive culture.
