Job Title: Project Application Systems Administrator Duration: 6 months extendable Location: Paris, France
This opportunity is suited to a technical professional supporting project teams and end users in the administration and configuration of an Easy-Project suite environment. The role focuses on technical and functional support, workspace configuration, reporting, user training, and ticket management within a project delivery setting. This position offers the chance to contribute to tool development, documentation updates, and day-to-day system support in a multilingual environment.
Required Experience:
- Experience providing technical and functional support to users
- Experience supporting project teams with tool deployment and configuration
- Experience managing reporting activities for users
- Experience delivering user training and contributing to training documentation
- Experience working with ticket management processes
Required Skills:
- Communication skills in French and English
- Interest in computer tools and database management
- Knowledge of project delivery management organisation
- Ability to coordinate technical configuration of workspaces with project teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Multi-tasking, initiative, and autonomy
- MS Office knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in industry
- Experience in the oil and gas sector
- Reporting capability
