Aircall in Paris is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager for Scaled Account Management to run the EMEA team serving ~8,000 customers. You will own post-sales metrics, drive expansion, mitigate churn, and steer renewals in a highly transactional, AI-driven, data-informed motion.
You will report to the GM, Small Business, and co-own the global playbook with counterparts in North America and APAC, shaping the team’s approach across regions.
