Remote, with regular travel to our clients (expenses covered).Most companies already have AI tools. What is missing is adoption: teams that actually change the way they work. That is where we come in, with audits, training and long-term support.We are looking for a consultant who brings real transformation expertise. Much more than a trainer: the person who understands our clients' business problems, can translate them into clear steps and processes for our technical team, and connects their teams with ours.Apply/ The role## What you take on* Be the point of contact for business teams at our clients: understand their needs and break them down into clear steps, processes and specifications for our AI engineers.* Run AI audits: team interviews, process mapping, use-case prioritisation, readouts to executive leadership.* Design AI-powered process automations, from prototype to production with our engineers.* Design and deliver AI training for groups of 10 to 30 people, from beginners to advanced teams.* Lead change management: a network of AI champions, adoption rituals, usage measurement.* Evolve our methods and materials based on what we learn in the field./ The profile## What we are looking for* 4+ years of experience, including mandatory experience in tech consulting: IT services firm, technology consultancy or systems integrator.* You know how to listen to a client, understand their real need and translate it into clear steps and processes for a technical team.* Experienced trainer: you can hold a room and help adults progress, not just present.* Advanced hands-on use of generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and process automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, AI agents).* A portfolio of your own work to show us: workflows, automations, demos (Loom, link, project).* You have worked in startups or scale-ups: you move on your own without ready-made processes, and you enjoy the pace of a fast-moving team.* Bilingual in French and English.* Available for regular travel to our clients in France and occasional travel in Morocco (expenses covered)./ The offer## What we offer* A 3-month probation period, followed by a full-time contract.* Pay based on your skills and experience.* On top of your pay: profit sharing based on performance, once the probation period is complete.* Varied clients: agencies, healthcare, industry, software publishers.* A team of AI engineers to build what you recommend./ WhereFully remote, with no office attachment.
