Job Description
Maison Louis Jadot is recruiting a versatile building maintenance worker to strengthen its team in Beaune. The position involves maintenance work across the Domaine’s three sites in Chassagne, Beaune, and Brochon, with occasional participation in vineyard activities.
The main duties include restoring traditional vineyard walls and low walls from foundation to finishing, carrying out earthmoving and soil replenishment work using a mini excavator, maintaining perimeters, and performing building maintenance tasks such as plasterboard installation, plastering, and painting. The worker will also support the vineyard team when required.
Candidates should have a background in the construction industry, particularly in structural and/or finishing work, and experience enabling them to independently organize and complete a variety of tasks while considering vineyard-specific constraints. A Category B driving licence is essential because the role requires travel between several sites. Travel is provided using company vehicles.
The position is permanent and full-time. Benefits include a 13th month, attendance bonus, and “wines of the month.”
