We're hiring special education teachers as contractors to author and grade the IEP and intervention scenarios those evaluations run on.
Contract and pay $40 to $70/hr, paid weekly via Stripe.
Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.
What you'll actually do: Author realistic special education scenarios from evaluation through IEP implementation.
Write reference answers with the legal and instructional reasoning behind each decision.
Grade model output for compliance and appropriateness for the student.
Flag advice that reads compliant but fails the student.
Who this is for: Special education certification or license, or an equivalent credential. 2+ years of teaching in special education settings.
Depth in IEP development, accommodations, and differentiated instruction.
You can write instructional reasoning clearly enough for another teacher to follow it.
Remote and async.
Fully remote, fully async.
No fixed hours.
Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum.
Scale up or down week to week.
No screen recording, no keystroke monitoring, no idle timers.

- Required Qualifications
- Special education certification or license, or an equivalent credential
- 2+ years of teaching in special education settings
- Depth in IEP development, accommodations, and differentiated instruction
- Clear written English for documenting instructional and legal reasoning
- Able to commit at least 10 hours per week
- Preferred Qualifications
- Depth in a disability category such as autism, learning disabilities, or emotional and behavioral needs
- Behavior intervention or crisis prevention training
- Collaborative teaching or inclusion classroom experience
