, which is responsible for the Group's foundational Data technology stack, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable access to data and analytical services on a global scale.

Within the

OPEN Feature Team , you will contribute to the transformation of Accor's analytics ecosystem, as well as the structuring and evolution of its self-service analytics offering.

The team's mission is to provide and evolve data access tools (such as new conversational interfaces), enhance user experience, and support Business Analysts in mastering their solutions.

In short, this team is responsible for empowering data users and builders to accomplish their own missions autonomously, while maximizing value and minimizing costs.

This position holds a key leadership role , combining the definition of the product strategy for the OPEN scope, management of the feature team's Product Owners, and a strong contribution to aligning product vision, business needs, and technological capabilities.

Your mission

Your responsibilities will be structured around five key areas

• Champion the vision, roadmap, and priorities for self-service analytics, data access, and data democratization solutions.
• Identify user needs, drive product discovery activities, and ensure initiatives are aligned with business challenges and the overall Data strategy.
• Mentor and support the team’s Product Owners in their professional growth and skill development, ensuring clear product ownership of high-priority initiatives.
• Map, align, and engage a complex ecosystem of international stakeholders; act as a key facilitator to arbitrate priorities, communicate roadmap progress, and maximize the adoption of self-service solutions.
• Manage and foster relationships with technical counterparts from third-party solution vendors.
• 3. Product Delivery
• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Analytics products and services, including:
• The new democratization solution designed for all data personas, replacing the current portal;
• Data products enabling the measurement of Data ROI.
• Ensure functional and technical consistency across the ecosystem, in close collaboration with the Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
• Monitor service quality, solution adoption, and user value creation.
• 4. AI & Automation
• Define the product strategy, use cases, and roadmap for AI and automation solutions dedicated to data users and builders (Augmented Data Platform, support agents, onboarding/offboarding workflows, self-service request orchestrators, etc.).
• Measure their impact and contribute to the evolution of the platform's practices and services.
• 5. Data Adoption
• Develop onboarding, training, and support programs for users both within and outside the Data team.
• Advise business departments on expressing their requirements, promote Data best practices, and contribute to strengthening the data culture across the Group.

And you?

• Proven experience in Product Management or Product Leadership within a Data & Analytics environment, with the ability to define a product vision, lead user discovery, and prioritize a backlog based on business value.
• Strong product and technical leadership experience, including the operational management of consultants or project teams, leadership of Product Owners and/or product teams, while remaining a hands-on contributor capable of assessing technical feasibility.
• Technical Skills
• Ability to define a product vision (user research, PRDs, OKRs, RICE), lead discovery activities (user interviews, Jobs-to-Be-Done, value metrics definition), build strategic roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
• Strong understanding of modern Data & Analytics platforms, including self-service analytics environments, data governance, and large-scale analytics architectures.
• Experience with Modern Data Stack technologies (ideally Snowflake), Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Dataiku), orchestration solutions, and data transformation practices.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and AI agent use cases applied to Data & Analytics challenges.

• Strong ability to collaborate within cross-functional environments, combined with a service-oriented mindset, a continuous improvement approach, and a strong focus on value creation.
• Ability to provide strong product leadership, articulate a strategic vision, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing talent within Product teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage both technical and business audiences
