Within a major industrial development environment, Abyss Energy, engineering consulting & recruitment firm, is seeking a Civil Supervisor (H/F). You will oversee civil construction activities on site and ensure that works are executed in compliance with HSE, quality, cost and schedule requirements. You will act as a key interface between construction contractors and project stakeholders to support the successful delivery of industrial facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising civil engineering works performed on site by contractors.
- Monitoring excavation, earthworks, foundation, reinforcement and concrete construction activities.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Tracking progress and supporting adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinating daily activities between construction companies and project teams.
- Identifying and reporting construction issues while contributing to their resolution.
- Ensuring that works are carried out according to applicable technical specifications and procedures.
PROFILE
- Significant experience in industrial civil works supervision on construction sites.
- Degree or technical qualification Bac+2 min
- Strong knowledge of excavation, foundations, reinforcement works and concrete construction.
- Proven experience on large-scale industrial projects within energy, petrochemical, chemical or infrastructure sectors.
- Good understanding of HSE requirements and construction quality standards.
- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and stakeholders in a dynamic site environment.
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work autonomously while maintaining effective team collaboration.
