You will define the target state for CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling, and the AI portfolio, then build scalable systems and agents to realize ROI.
You will lead five senior ICs, drive adoption, and manage vendor evaluations end-to-end, shaping the future of our GTM stack with a strong AI mandate.
